I’ve heard some weirdos that pose as marketers say this. And I’m not even gonna quote any stat against them because I know over the last 5 years, I’ve scaled a lot of ecom stores and printed thousands of dollars for my clients, including those targeting people under 35 years of age with emails.

Okay, just one stat then…. Research says only 0.25 of new visitors to the average website would make a purchase. When they are encouraged to visit again though, the chances of making a sale increase by 9 times.

Now how do you get them to visit again?

The best way is to send emails. It's far better than retargeting ads because you’re not guaranteed to even reach the same exact people with ads. It’s also way cheaper to manage an email list. One of the few times where cheaper is better…… Crazy.

So, Jokes on you if you’re still contemplating building your email list.

Fact is, most people that go through the stress of filling your opt-in form with their names and emails are obviously already interested in what you have to offer. Since they’re already interested in you or your brand, they’re easier to convert into customers. With your email list, you’re not starting from the scratch. You’re closer to the sale with your list.
